🎶 Mountain Music Festival 2026 – Everything You Need to Know for This Weekend at ACE Adventure Resort!
The countdown is officially on! We are just hours away from the wild and wonderful weekend that is Mountain Music Festival 2026 at ACE Adventure Resort in the stunning New River Gorge. Whether you're a seasoned MMFest veteran or a first-timer, we’ve got all the info you need to make your arrival smooth and your experience unforgettable. Here's what you need to know before you hit the mountain.
🚗 Arrival & Tickets
The campground opens daily at 10:00 AM for new arrivals. Be sure to screenshot or download your e-ticket with QR code before arriving, as cell service can be spotty. If everyone in your vehicle has their ticket ready, our team can check you in without anyone leaving the car! Your single QR code will include any add ons such as early arrival camping, RV passes and waterpark tickets.

🅿️ Parking Passes
Weekend passes include parking. You’ll get a parking pass upon check-in – just hang it from your rearview mirror. Single-day ticket holders will be directed to park at the bottom of the mountain and hop on the free festival shuttle to the main site.
🌄 Early Arrival Wednesday Passes
Got an Early Arrival Pass? Great! This add on is linked to your ticket with a single QR code. Early arrival passes are per person. You can add that to your existing order by clicking this link

🏕️ Campground Details
Camping is car camping, and spots are assigned in the order you arrive. Camping spaces are at least 10’ wide x 30’ deep. If your crew wants to camp together, wait for your group at the bottom of the mountain before heading to the campground. Once parked, we suggest staying put to keep your space secure!
Looking for a quieter experience? Ask for Quiet/Family Camping in Upper Blackberry Campground when you arrive.

🚌 Ride The Shuttle
We’ve got free shuttles running 24/7 from Thursday at noon through Sunday at 9 AM. Look for the big blue buses at designated stops—or flag one down for a ride! If you’re staying in the Turkey Spur cabins you just need to give us a call at 304-640-1263 and we can get you picked up directly from your cabin.

- The Mountaintop Main Stage – Thursday, Friday & Saturday Shows
- The Lake Stage at The Lost Paddle – Friday & Saturday Afternoons

Fuel up at food vendors near the Main Stage and throughout the campground on H Lane. Stop by The Lost Paddle for a full-service restaurant and bar, plus breakfast and dinner buffets. And don’t miss live sets on The Lake Stage Friday and Saturday afternoons!
🌊 Waterpark & Adventure Activities
Want to cool off? ACE Adventure Waterpark is open all weekend!

Craving more thrills? Book a whitewater rafting trip, zipline tour, or ATV adventure at the Welcome Center or call 304-469-2651 to reserve in advance.
🧒 Kids & Families
Children 10 and under get in FREE at the gate with a paying adult! This includes camping and live music. Youth rates may apply for waterpark and adventure activities. ALL children under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times.

🏡 Cabin Check-in
Staying in a cabin or tent? Check-in starts at 4 PM at the Welcome Center. Check-out is at 10 AM.
♿ Accessibilty
Accessible parking is available near the Main Stage entrance. Just turn into Lane E (VIP Camping) and be sure your accessible tag is visible. More details on festival accessibility are available HERE.
📶 Cell Service & WIFI
Cell coverage varies by provider. AT&T works best at the resort, while others may be unreliable. WIFI is available at the Welcome Center, Lost Paddle, Waterpark, and Main Stage area via the “ACE Adventure Hotspot” network.
⛑️ First Aid & Safety
A First Aid Tent is located at the Main Stage entrance. In case of medical emergency, call the Medical Help Line at 304-640-1595. If severe weather hits, shelter in your vehicle or the nearest building.
🐶 NO Pets Allowed
We love animals, but pets are NOT permitted at Mountain Music Festival. Please leave furry friends at home. Anyone found with pets will be asked to leave without a refund.
