Three Days of Music, Art & Adventure in the New River Gorge
The official Mountain Music Festival 2026 Stage Schedule has just dropped, and it’s shaping up to be one of the most exciting weekends on the mountaintop yet. Set for June 4th–6th at ACE Adventure Resort in the heart of the New River Gorge National Park, this year’s festival blends an electrifying lineup of live music with immersive art, outdoor adventure, and late-night experiences that keep the energy flowing long after the sun goes down.
Kicking things off on Thursday, June 4th, the Mountaintop Main Stage sets the tone with a high-energy evening lineup. The Quasi Kings get things rolling, followed by fan-favorite reggae rockers Bumpin Uglies and the ever-funky Tropidelic. Closing out the night in style is the wild and unpredictable Andy Frasco & The U.N., bringing their signature party to the mountain. And for those who aren’t ready to call it a night, the Pigment Sanctuary Late Night Stage keeps things alive with Captain Midnight Band into the early hours.

Friday, June 5th delivers a full day of music across multiple stages, starting lakeside with Coyote Rodeo, Massing, and Jeremy Short at The Lost Paddle Lake Stage. As the action shifts up the mountain, the Main Stage lineup builds momentum throughout the day with Johnny Mullenax, The Spooklights, and Dirtwire, before reaching a peak with Melvin Seals & JGB delivering a soulful, jam-filled headline set. Big Something closes out the Main Stage with a late-night set that promises to keep the crowd dancing. Meanwhile, the Pigment Sanctuary Late Night Stage hosts The Kind Thieves for another after-hours experience you won’t want to miss.

By Saturday, June 6th, the festival hits full stride. The day begins again at the lake with Friendly Fire, Nordista Freeze, and The Settlement setting the vibe. As evening approaches, the Mountaintop Main Stage becomes the epicenter of the weekend, featuring John Ingram Band and lespecial leading into powerhouse performances from Sunsquabi and the always-entertaining Here Come the Mummies. Closing out the festival in true Mountain Music Festival fashion are The Floozies, bringing a high-energy, funk-driven finale. Late night? Buddhagraph Spaceship takes over the Pigment Sanctuary Stage to send things off in psychedelic style.

Beyond the music, Mountain Music Festival is known for its immersive experience. The Pigment Sanctuary Art Gallery showcases live painters and visionary artists throughout the weekend, while the surrounding ACE Adventure Resort offers everything from whitewater rafting and ziplining to hiking, biking, and mountaintop camping with unbeatable views. It’s more than a music festival—it’s a full-on mountain escape.

With three packed days of music, art, and adventure, the 2026 stage schedule proves there’s never a dull moment on the mountain. Whether you’re catching a sunset set by the lake, raging front row at the Main Stage, or wandering through glowing late-night art installations, every hour offers something new to discover.
