We are super excited to welcome over 40 fire and flow performers to Mountain Music Festival this June. You will catch these talented folks spinning fire on the main stage, flying from aerial silks above your head and dancing amongst the crowd. There are even spaces for you to perform and have some flow fun too. Plus free workshops in The Pigment Sanctuary. Do you have your tickets to flow with us on June 1st – 3rd in the New River Gorge?
Main Stage Fire Performances
We have some incredible performances lined up for you on the Mountaintop Main Stage. Don’t go anywhere between band sets because Dragoonis Flame and his featured fire performers will amaze you with what they can do. You are going to see Ahlee Dee’s Indo Board fire performance, Auzzy Blood’s mind-bending sideshow act, the Dragon himself and more all performing on the main stage nightly. Trust us you don’t want to miss these performances!
Open Fire Circle
Want to spin fire at Mountain Music Festival? We have an open fire circle on Friday and Saturday night right next to the Main Stage from 6-8pm. We invite qualified performers to bring their props and jump in to have some fun alongside our featured performers. If you are interested in participating be sure to attend the daily fire safety meeting at 1PM Friday and Saturday at the fire circle. For the rest of us mortals we will be enjoying the nightly fire circle performances that compliment the bands playing the main stage.
Flow on the Mountaintop
It’s not just fire performances happening throughout the weekend. You’re going to find flow performers around every corner. One of our favorite performance troupes, Fluidity will be roaming the mountain and showing off their coolest costumes throughout the weekend. Headspin will be showcasing their stilt walker performers as well as aerial performers nightly on the Mountaintop Main Stage. Plus you’re going to find performers above the crowd on those big wooden boxes leading the dance party Friday and Saturday night. Don’t be shy, bring your hula hoop or flow prop down to the main stage and let it rip!
Free Workshops in The Pigment Sanctuary
New to flow? Want to learn some new tricks? There are a bunch of free flow workshops happening in The Pigment Sanctuary. There are workshops for all skill levels happening Friday and Saturday. Join Maria Ekaterina on Friday afternoon for a workshop on silk fans or learn about aerial silks with Aranea Aerials. These workshops are a great place to meet some fellow performers and increase your skills. Stay tuned for the full workshop schedule to be released soon.
Flow with Us
