Mountain Music Festival is JUST 2 WEEKS away and we are rocking and rolling here at ACE Adventure Resort getting ready for the adventure festival of the summer May 31st – June 2nd. As the season is kicking off we have the inflatable waterpark all set up and ready for the Saturday afternoon beach party at MMFest. Plus our spring rafting, zip lines, rock climbing, and mountain bike programs are all seeing more participants everyday. The leaves have filled in on the trees along with 70-80 degree sunny days that have made its way to the mountaintop here in the New River Gorge.
Mountaintop Preparations
As warmer spring days have been shining on Wonderland Mountain this month the grass is super green and growing fast. We have the magic bus ready for another year of festy tagging plus we wanna add some color to a storage container we picked up in the offseason. The dance cubes are back and the Wonderland characters will be wandering around the mountain again serving up tea, smoking the hookah, and dancing to the weekend tunes. Stay hydrated all week by filling up at the hydration stations we built inside the festival grounds and in the campground. Get ready to enjoy the best festival camping around with real bathrooms and FREE hot showers.
VIP Upgrades
New for 2018 we are offering number of VIP packages that will put you smack in the middle of this adventure festival. Take part in whitewater rafting and zip line trips plus chill in the VIP lounge right next to the main stage. As we gear up for the festival weekend the VIP tent is in place where we are building a bar, moving in couches, tables, and other goodies folks with VIP wristbands will be enjoying.
The Pigment Sanctuary
Have you ever noticed the volleyball court inside the festival grounds? No one ever played volleyball there and since it took up such a large area we have renovated this space. You are going to find the art tent doubled in size for 2018. The Pigment Sanctuary will be a creative fun space where over 20 visual artists will be showing off their talents. Hang out late night for a cupcake party and even late night sets with Star Baby and the Rolling Om’s. You are also going to find an inspirational lounge space along with various free workshops going on throughout the weekend.

This winter we were hard at work creating some amazing designs with local artist Brian Zickafoose and we can’t wait to show them off.
