Mountain Music Festival weekend is just around the corner this June 3rd-5th! If you are anything like us you are already planning your weekend activities and agenda. With over 30 bands on 3 stages, visual artists, performers, vendors and more there will be no shortage of fun stuff to do. We have the weekend breakdown for you right here and now. Start planning which shows you will see, when you will hit the waterpark and when you can find some time to squeeze in just a little sleep. We know you are ready to get out and have some fun so lets dive in and see what’s happening.
Over 30 Bands On 3 Stages in 3 Days
There will be more bands on the mountaintop at ACE Adventure Resort this year than ever before! The party actually kicks off a day early on Wednesday night with Dr. Bacon & The Mighty Good Times playing a FREE SHOW at The Lost Paddle Bar & Grill. This is the spot for the sold out Thursday night pre party with The Werks, Empire Strikes Brass & Fletcher’s Grove. If you don’t have a 3-Day Pass don’t worry… Grab a Wednesday and/or Thursday camping only pass and be on the mountain minus the Thursday night Lost Paddle Show.Friday and Saturday is the main event atop Wonderland Mountain.
Friday night jam on with Pigeons Playing Ping Pong, Lettuce, TAUK and more on the mountaintop main stage. Saturday night stomp your feet to some string pounding fury including The Wood Brothers, The Infamous Stringdusters, Arlo McKinley & Buffalo Wabs. Plus festival favorite Big Something closes out the main stage Saturday night before The Kind Thieves and Black Garlic’s late night sets on the Blue Ridge Outdoors Strange Stage. No matter your musical taste there is something for you in this solid lineup.
So Much To Do, So Little Time
With so much happening on the mountain throughout the weekend you won’t be able to do it all. But try to get a little taste of everything happening at the resort and take in the beauty of the mountain state. ACE is known for epic adventures so whether you hit the river to go whitewater rafting or just take a hike on one of the 35 miles of trails on the property; get out and find out why Adventure is our middle name. Other things not to miss are all the West Virginia made products you will find on vendor row including local soap, pottery, craft beer, hard cider, clothing, jewelry and more. There is something happening literally 24 hours a day for three days, so good luck finding time to sleep.
FREE Workshops Happening All Weekend
This year we have curated a unique set of free workshops we hope our guests will take part in. Be sure to check out the list of exciting workshops that will be happening Friday and Saturday during Mountain Music Festival. Most workshops will take place in the Pigment Sanctuary Visual Art Gallery, at the ACE Adventure Waterpark or The Lost Paddle.
